tar55 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. These definitions apply throughout this document, including all schedules and supplementary policies referenced herein.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with tar55, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law as applied to individual end users.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the tar55 platform voluntarily or by decision of the Company.
• You are of sound mind and full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy in their entirety.

The Company reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and, where applicable, forfeiture of Bonus Funds. Any real-money winnings accumulated during a period of unverified eligibility may be withheld pending satisfactory verification.

tar55 does not permit access to Residents of jurisdictions where the Company has determined that offering its services would violate applicable law or expose the Company or the Member to unacceptable legal risk. The Company reserves the right to update the list of Restricted Jurisdictions at any time without prior notice.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the tar55 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identity document.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are aged 21 or older.
• A valid, active email address that you own and control.
• A valid mobile telephone number registered in your name.
• Your current residential address.
• A username and a strong, unique password of your own choosing.

You are obligated to keep your registration information up to date at all times. If any of your details change — including your email address, telephone number, or residential address — you must update them promptly via your account settings or by contacting the tar55 support team.

The Company may, at any time, require you to complete a full KYC verification before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits. tar55 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. tar55 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel. If you receive any such request, you should treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to [email protected] immediately.

You agree to:

• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device.
• Use a password that is unique to tar55 and not reused from any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Notify the tar55 support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, tar55 may temporarily freeze your account pending a security investigation, which you agree to cooperate with fully.

tar55 supports a comprehensive range of Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) payment methods to ensure fast and convenient transactions for members across Indonesia. All account balances are held and transacted exclusively in IDR.

Accepted deposit methods include:

• Indonesian bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are typically credited to your account within two (2) minutes of successful payment confirmation. tar55 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which the Company accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account has completed KYC verification.
• All applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have been satisfied.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold of Rp 50.000.
• No outstanding security review or account investigation is pending.

Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 to 30 minutes during operating hours (06:00–23:00 WIB). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next business day. The Company reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed Rp 50.000.000 per transaction, which may extend processing times by up to 24 hours.

tar55 offers a range of promotional bonuses designed to reward new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all tar55 promotions:

1. Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
2. The standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 10x (ten times) the combined deposit and bonus amount, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
3. Each Member is entitled to claim each welcome bonus offer only once. Attempts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times via new accounts constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
4. Bonus funds and wagering progress are forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement has been completed.
5. tar55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect bonuses already credited to a Member's account.
6. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any Member from a promotion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any other conduct intended to exploit the promotion in bad faith.

Members who have concerns about the terms of any specific promotion are encouraged to contact the tar55 support team via the email address provided in Section 14 before claiming the offer.

All bets placed on the tar55 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, competition, and market, as published on the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. The following general rules apply to all sportsbook wagers:

• A bet is considered confirmed and binding once the Platform displays an official bet confirmation reference number.
• tar55 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a result or outcome was already known at the time of placement ("late betting").
• In the event of a manifest pricing error, tar55 reserves the right to void the affected bets, regardless of whether they have been settled. Members will be notified of any such void and their stake will be returned in full.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability. The Company reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all legs to win for the bet to be paid out. If one or more legs are voided, the parlay is recalculated based on the remaining valid selections.
• For voor bola (Asian handicap) markets, all settlements follow the standard Asian handicap rules as published on the Platform.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software audited by independent third-party laboratories. The Company does not manipulate game outcomes and accepts no responsibility for losses arising from normal game variance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tar55 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in the matter being referred to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own name or under false identities.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times.
• Arbitrage betting: Placing offsetting bets across accounts or platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, in a manner that exploits tar55's pricing.
• Fraudulent payments: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to deposit funds.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds with no genuine gaming intent, for the purpose of concealing the origin of those funds.
• Automated wagering: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform without explicit written approval from the Company.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent interaction with the Company.

All content on the tar55 platform — including but not limited to the tar55 brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, photographs, software, game interfaces, odds data, and compiled compilations of information — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without the Company's prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used to deliver the Platform or its games.
• Use the tar55 brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with the Company without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise systematically extract data from the Platform for any commercial purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tar55 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising out of your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered through it, including scheduled maintenance windows or unplanned outages.
• Any loss or damage arising from the actions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or to comply with the security obligations set out in Section 4.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any sports data, odds, or informational content published on the Platform.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, the Company's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company's gross negligence, or for any other matter for which liability may not be limited or excluded under applicable law.

tar55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to protecting Members who may be at risk of developing gambling-related problems. We provide the following tools, which can be activated at any time by contacting our support team or via your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you may deposit to your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automated notifications after a set period of continuous gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not receive promotional communications from tar55.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts that display your net gaming balance for the current session.

The updated Terms & Conditions will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the withdrawal of any remaining balance from your account, subject to the standard withdrawal conditions set out in Section 5.

We recommend that you review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent changes took effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tar55 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration body of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact tar55 in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. The Company will use its best reasonable efforts to respond to any written complaint within five (5) business days. In the event that informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of the written complaint being submitted, either party may escalate the matter to formal proceedings.

Nothing in this section shall prevent tar55 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent imminent harm to the Platform or its Members.
